How do I update my company's Contact Information in my Digital Showroom?

Follow these steps to edit your company's contact information that appears in Exhibitor & Product Directories.

1. After signing in the portal, click on "Your Digital Showroom" located in the main menu on the top left.

2. Select "Profile Info"

Note: This information tells your customers how to contact you. This may be different from the contact information that IMC uses to contact you. To update your Corporate Details, click here.

3. Here you can view and manage your Digital Showroom contact information. Click the "Edit" button to make any changes to this information.

Establish your default Digital Showroom contact information for your account across all Markets, or customize your contacts for specific Market events to suit your needs. Your Digital Showroom has the following contact information available:

• Company Address
• Phone Numbers
  • Primary Number
  • Toll Free Number
  • Showroom Number
• Company Email Addresses
  • Primary Email
  • Secondary Email
• Directory Contact Info
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Directory Contact Email
